What is inflammation?
Inflammation is a normal and painful response of the immune system to infection or injury. As a defense mechanism to control tissue damage, white blood cells secrete different inflammation-promoting substances to fight germs. After some white cells have arrived to the affected area they secrete certain pro-inflammatory substances in order to attract more immune cells and keep the inflammation process going. Then immune cells “capture” the infectious agents and dead cells and start a cleaning process to leave the site free of cellular debris allowing it to heal properly.
After the immune system finishes its work and is “turned off”, the injured area returns to normal with time and life goes on. But if the immune system remains activated in the area, permanent damage or disease follows.

I have been experiencing back pain from last one year. I went to physiotherapist and she explained to me that my muscles near the joints are stuffed so she did massage and acupuncture many times but didn’t help me.

I am 47 years old. I have arthritis in my right hip. My hip is bone on bone. I know eventually I will need a hip replacement but not ready.
A month or so ago I was in extreme pain. I started browsing the web and found your web site. I read through the entire web site and the products you have. I didn’t want surgery and don’t like to take pills but I thought I would try one last time to try something. I bought the Omega 3/DHA Fish Oil Premium and the Not Just Joints. After taking the products for a week I already noticed a big difference in the decrease in joint pain. I went to my doctor and he stated if I could find something or do something to hold off on surgery then do it. So far so good. I am in the process of ordering the same 2 products.
